Halloween puppies!

Quite unplanned, but a blessing nonetheless, Reese gave birth to 5 more beautiful cocker spaniel-poodle puppies on Halloween!

Meet the Parents--Reese and Rolo

I thought the best introduction to their courtship would be this hilarious video of them playing at the foot of Mom's bed. Sadly, Rolo is no longer with us, but his legacy lives on through his 5 recently-born sons!

Reese and Rolo are cocker spaniel-poodle-mix (a.k.a. Cocka-Poos) breed dogs. Reese, the lighter colored mommy dog, is about to turn 5 years old, and Rolo (caramel colored proud papa) was just over 2.

We're excited to announce the birth of their second litter of their love-children, estimated to have occurred on or about Labor Day 2011. They were born during the freak snow storm on Halloween.
